Selecting Your Plot
Once you have financing in place, choosing a site to build your new home on is the next step. Whether you are looking for a lake access plot, or a lakefront site, Gopher Point Estates has the perfect plot for you. We encourage all our possible builders to take time to visit our Estates to select a site that offers everything they may need.

Designing Your Home
Now that you have chosen your site, it is time to decide what you want your home to look like. You may already have a floorplan in mind or you may be up for suggestions. Our builders are experts at working with you to design and develop the ideal design for your needs and desires. Not until you are completely satisfied with the floorplan design do the builders begin working on your house. After all, this is the place you are going to call "home" and it needs to be flawless.

Signing Your Contract
After we have discussed every detail of your home, the builders will draw up a contract specifying the complete price of your home and where each of your dollars is going. To avoid additional costs in the end, our builders delineate every cost so thare is no surpise when your house is complete.

Constructing Your New Home
When the construction of your home begins, you have the choice of being as involved as you wish.
