Housekeeping Services - $36/hour; minimum of 2 people cleaning from Katie's Cleaning Services. Needs about a week notice. They have extremely high standards are have been cleaning our model homes and
doing an excellent job.
Kitchen- clean, sanitize and deodorize counter tops, sinks, appliances, cupboards (outside), stove (outside),
fridge (outside), microwave (inside and out), floors (sweep and wash).
Bathrooms- Clean, sanitize, deodorize basins, tubs, shower tiles, tracks & doors, vanity tops, toilet, mirrors,
metal fixtures, floors (wash).
Rooms- Clean, dust, polish and deodorize furniture and fixtures, window sills and mirrors, carpets - vacuum and or wash.
Special Services- window cleaning; cleaning of chandeliers, ovens (inside), construction cleanup, pressure washing. |

Horse Riding Lessons - Riding lessons build confidence, enhance your knowledge base, improve your technique, and are lots of fun! Lessons are available for beginners through advanced level riders.
Training includes: approach & forming a union, safety & handling, horse care & grooming, saddling & ride preparation, mounting & dismounting, reigning techniques, hand, leg & voice commands, posture, exercises, and advanced horsemanship training.
Hourly lessons: $42 per session
